In January 2024 we started to offer a new menu concept at FSBG... Flights!

What are Flights?

Flights are a fun way to try several different menu items composed as one dish!

We started with our Soup Flights!

Soup Flights consist of your choice of three soups and a grilled cheese sandwich. Typically we offer between 7-10 soups daily to choose from! We also offer grilled cheese upgrades occasionally... such as a pulled pork grilled cheese, a brisket grilled cheese, or even a ham grilled cheese!

Then we added Loaded Mac and Cheese Flights!

Again, a choice of three. But this time they all start out with the same base... mac and cheese! then choose from a list of 12 or so different topping combos for the mac! Some options include pulled pork, santa fe chicken, buffalo chicken, and even crab!

Our NEWEST addition... Dessert Flights!

Currently my Dessert Flight does not come with options to choose from, but the options I have chosen have been a crowd-favorite! Homemade Creme Brulee, assorted mini cheesecakes, a chocolate covered cannoli, and funnel cake fries with 3 dipping sauces!

Flights have really put FSBG on the map and I don't plan on taking them off our feature menu any time soon! Just wait and see what other Flight Options I will offer in the future!
